Outside Radius of the Cam

As stated this is the outside radius of the cam.

Cam Width

This is the height of the cam/cylinder.

Groove Width/Set Default

The groove width can be set here if Groove is selected, or the Rib thickness if a rib cam.  The Set Default button will enter the default value for this; which for a groove is the follower width plus clearance.

Follower Pos Button

When this button is clicked, the Start Z position will be computed such that the follower path will be centered in the width of the cam.
